Shipping & Returns Policy – Alttrade Store
Fast, Reliable UK Wholesale Delivery
Delivery Information
At Alttrade Store, we prioritise fast and efficient delivery to support your business operations.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- All shipments are handled via trusted UK courier partners (e.g., DPD or equivalent)
- Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are eligible for next working day delivery
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided via your account or email confirmation.
Delivery Requirements
- Delivery address must match billing and registered trade account details
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at the time of order
Alttrade Store cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
- We do not accept liability for goods once they have been successfully delivered to the provided address
- Separate orders cannot be combined; each order will incur its own delivery charge
- Orders returned due to incorrect address details will be subject to additional re-delivery charges
Returns Policy
We operate a structured returns process suitable for wholesale transactions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns are subject to approval by the Alttrade team
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact your account manager or sales representative
- Once approved, a collection will be arranged via our courier
- Include inside the parcel:
- Order number
- Account name / company name
- Clearly mark the outer packaging as: “RETURNS”
All returned goods are the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by Alttrade.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned goods
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or trade account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fault
