Your use of this website and all purchases made from Alttrade Store are governed by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and Alttrade Store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Any amendments must be agreed in writing by both parties. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law or limits liability for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.
2. Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase vape-related products from Alttrade Store. We operate strict age verification procedures in accordance with UK regulations. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we reasonably believe that the purchase is being made on behalf of a minor.
3. Product Warranty
All vape hardware is supplied with a standard 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as tanks, coils, pods, or wicking materials unless they are faulty on arrival (DOA).
Customers must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and report any faults within this timeframe.
Charging cables and battery chargers carry a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use with incompatible products is not covered.
Mechanical devices are intended for experienced users only. Alttrade Store accepts no liability for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly or misuse.
4. Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
5. Returns Policy
E-liquids and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable once opened. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days, subject to approval.
Faulty hardware may be returned under warranty. Customers must request a Return Authorisation (RMA) before returning any goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. All returned goods are sent at the customer’s risk.
6. Product Use & Liability
All products sold by Alttrade Store are intended for lawful use only. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or use of third-party components.
7. Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Alttrade Store is not liable for delays, seizures, or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.
8. Data Protection
Alttrade Store handles all customer data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR. Information collected is used solely for order processing, account management, and communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.
9. Quality Assurance
All goods supplied are warranted to match the quality and specification described at the time of sale and comply with relevant UK regulations upon delivery.
10. Title to Goods
Ownership of goods remains with Alttrade Store until full payment has been received and cleared.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
